My Favourite Protein Powder

Rosa’s protein-powder pick

The unflavoured whey isolate I use

I only use the unflavoured whey protein isolate, and I always purchase the 1 kg bag. The texture is smooth, it blends easily, and it doesn’t change the flavour of what I add it to.

I use it in smoothies, yogurt, and Ninja Creami recipes. I also appreciate the short ingredient list, without artificial sweeteners or a lot of unnecessary extras.

Why it works for me

Simple, versatile & easy to use

Unflavoured

It adds protein without competing with the flavour of the recipe.

Easy to blend

The smooth texture works well in everyday foods, drinks, and frozen treats.

Fewer extras

No artificial sweeteners and a short ingredient list—exactly what I want in an unflavoured powder.

Two ways I use it
