Join Rosa every week as she releases a Kettlebell workout on YouTube. These workouts are incredible full body workouts. They are 30 minute and can be done with simply one kettebell.

Beginner? Work at your level. Rosa often breakds down the more complex movements and also provides variations during the so everyone can keep moving and building their strength.

Never used a kettlebell? Think of it as a gym with a handle. Kettlebells are an amazing tool for working out at home. WIth 1-2 kettlebells you can get a full workout and not need an at home gym. They’re also a great talking piece when guests come over!
